To Skylink:
I took the G6MR button home to test and I must admit that it is remarkable. It is very easy to install and works perfectly. I am really excited about adding it to our existing Skylink products. I now have a 100% compatible unit that I feel very comfortable recommending to my customers. I believe that these units will reduce my return rate to 0%.
Be sure to congratulate your engineers for designing a much needed product for consumers. Great job!

I just came back from the international garage door and access control show in Florida. I saw a company that had some neat accessories, including remote rolling code replacement sets. www.skylinkhome.com.
They are out of Canada and sell to on line distributors. What fascinated me was their new transmitter/receiver set that didn't need a plug in transformer. Just the two wires going to the push button wires on opener. Not for sure what price was, but they are a low priced, but Quality Company. They won a legal battle against Chamberlain on rolling code infringement a couple of years ago.

The Smart button has been fitted at my sisters house, in Perth Australia. I have been using it for 2 weeks now with no problems at all. The extra remotes were easy to set up, also with no problems. Range of remotes is about 40M depending on if you are in the car or not, but minimum 30M when in car. Overall a great product. I would rate it at well over 90%.
