Door may be un-balanced or required to learn the force again Solution Ensure the door is balanced and re-learn the force setting again for both up and down operations [Q7] Models All Models Problem Light continues to flash, non stop Cause Wall button wire connection short circuit Solution Check wire connection of wall button ensure no short circuit to the wall button wires [Q8] Models All Models with Single Button Push Button Problem Light flashes 3 times after activating the remote control and door won't open or close Cause Push button wires may be in contact with other solder joint on the circuit board Solution Ensure the wires are not touching any of the solder joints, besides the terminal screws [Q9] Models All Models Problem Door doesn't respond to remote control Cause Button on the remote control is not depressed long enough Solution Press the button on the remote control for at least 1 second to activate it [Q10] Models All Models Problem Opener doesn't respond, safety infrared sensors and wall button installed correctly Cause Travel limits are not programmed Solution Program up and down travel limits [Q11] Models All Models Problem Both red and green LEDs are off on the safety infrared sensors Cause Wire connections are incorrect for the safety infrared sensors Solution Twist the alike-color on 2 sensors together (white to white, and red to red), then connect these 2 pairs of wires to the safety infrared terminals on the opener [Q12] Models All Models Problem Door reverses after fully closed Cause Fully closed travel limit is programmed incorrectly, it should be programmed so it stops just before the door hitting the ground Solution Program the fully closed travel limit again so it stops just before hitting the ground [Q13] Models All Models Problem Door doesn't reverse during closing when safety infrared sensor is blocked.
