- Digital dialer (Ademco Contact ID protocol).
- Contact ID message includes the caller's identity and type of event.
- Recordable voice message (10 seconds) functions as a backup to send the identity, i.e. to verify the caller's identity by voice message, operator can request to playback the voice message which contains the user info such as name and account number etc.
- Speed dialer speakerphone allows 2 way conversation for daily used.
- 2-button remote, one for panic activation, one for speed dial phone number, pressing this button will enable the dialer to call this number for normal speakerphone conversation.
- 2nd button on the remote can also be used to pick up incoming calls.
- Normally Closed contact output is available, such output will be activated when panic is triggered.
