All items listed at Skylinkhome.com are priced in Canadian Dollars, shipping & handling charges are extra. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

Duty and Tax Information
|
Skylink charges applicable sales tax (GST - 7% for all items delivered in Canada, in addition to that PST - 8% for all delivery in Ontario and HST - 15% for all delivery to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador) to all items delivered in Canada.
The customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes. Duty and taxes for international order are not part of the order and will be collected from you by our transportation service provider at time of delivery. For specific information about these costs contact your local customs office.
Please note that Customs policies and interpretation of product classification vary by country. Skylink is not responsible for duty and taxes. The customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes.

Back Orders
|
We will notify you by email if the item you have selected is out of stock. You will have the option to either cancel the order or backorder. We will send you the backorder item once we have it in stock on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping method
|
Goods are delivered by UPS / Fedex ground service to all destinations within Canada. The shipping and handling charges will appear on the Order Form depending on destination. Once the item is shipped, we will provide you tracking information by email.

Risk of Loss
|
All items purchased from Skylinkhome.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Limited Warranty
|
Skylinkhome.com guarantees all their products, (excluding batteries), to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any product which has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or alterations. Skylinkhome.com shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, robbery, fire, incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from defects in or malfunction of this product.
If you validly claim under this warranty within the warranty period. Skylinkhome.com shall, repair or replace without charge. Proof of purchase is required.

Return and Refunds
|
You may exchange or return products for any reason within 14 days after purchase less shipping and handling. Items may be exchanged ONLY for the exact same items and the customer will pay for shipping and handling unless the error is on our behalf. Please call our Customer Service at 1-800-304-1187 or contact us before returning an item, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN VISIBLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
